The Role

As a Campaign Manager (Paid Media), you will work on a range of brands, and be responsible for the planning, execution, management and reporting of campaigns using primarily Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager and other platforms as we expand. As a Paid Media specialist at WildBrain Spark you will become an expert in YouTube and social advertising, to educate and advising internal teams. You will work closely together with the partner managers, content producers, YouTube channel management teams and the US and UK direct ad sales teams. Our unique paid media offering is used to launch, grow and maximise channels for many premium kids’ brands we manage on YouTube. The manager reports directly to the Paid Media Account Lead.

 

The Paid Media department sits within Marketing and exists to provide planning and buying of auction media on platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok for our partners including major toy companies and entertainment studios. This is a growing team with the opportunity to work on an exceptional roster of brand and global campaigns.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Orchestrate video advertising campaigns, set up and optimize for best performance to achieve the objectives set.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Create media plans and present targeting strategy to Paid Media Lead.
  • Provide our clients with impeccable project management – be an extension of their marketing team, providing reporting, insight support and proactive planning ahead of budget cycles etc.
  • Track, record and report on campaign performance and budgets with valuable commentary.
  • Identify learnings to share with YouTube channel managers and partnership managers.
  • Continually look for opportunities to better the campaigns performance.
  • Be up-to-date with new YouTube Video advertising features and look for opportunities to implement these when possible.
  • Constant learning, to develop your digital marketing skills and add value to our offering.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

  • Client management experience and a positive, helpful outlook.
  • Clear communication skills, able to articulate benefits of your recommendations, and an ability to influence.
  • Google AdWords Certified.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns for brands at once with stakeholder management.
  • Managed and grown an account for at least two years working agency or client side in an advertising role.
