The Role

 

The Partnership Manager ensures WildBrain is delivering an exceptional service to our partners across the assigned brands and maximising the expertise and tools within WildBrain Spark. You will build and maintain key relationships, monitor deployment of projects, and lead virtual teams to deliver the strategic goals of our partner’s account.

 

Working with a global team you will have oversight across all distribution, paid media to support channel health, direct ad buys and production work, you will have a holistic view of each brand’s performance, and ability to maximise the portfolio. You will build a strong working relationship with our partner’s team to provide insights, guide strategy, communicate plans and embed process.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Lead the strategic relationship management with our partner’s marketing, digital engagement and regional teams on assigned brands ensuring all WildBrain Spark activities are delivering against objectives and aligned with overall strategy and brand guidance
  • Analyse and convert content and media strategies into actionable briefs for teams within WildBrain Spark
  • Attend and present at reporting meetings to share performance and provide results commentary, insight and recommendations
  • Identify and commission data insights to prioritise each month
  • Work with our partner’s group leaders for all business reporting and strategic needs, and be proactive at leading planning ahead of budget cycles
  • To ensure all agreed strategy services defined in the partnership agreement are delivered on time
  • Provide our valued partners with impeccable project management
  • Regularly review reporting templates and presentations to evolve and reflect business needs
  • Provide budget oversight and monthly reporting to WBS management team
  • Responsible for ensuring team provides accurate and timely billing, resolve any discrepancies, and provide year-end billing reports
  • Be across all digital market trends and new YouTube platform and advertising to identify test and learn opportunities for WBS to implement, measure and report findings to our partners

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • 5 + years Account Management experience in driving high performance within a content or media business
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills, great attention to detail, and a resourceful attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and highly adept at managing multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
  • Experience using analysis, reporting and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
  • Excellent customer-centric leadership skills
  • Media agency or in house paid media experience with good understanding or direct management of Google and video advertising campaigns in Google ads
  • Have set up, grown or developed a team within a larger business, including the implementation of new processes
  • A passion for working in the kids and toy sector, with comparable learnings from the sector or related sector that you think can bring value
